Scheduled Post-Closing Warranty Visits

As part of our commitment to provide outstanding client service throughout the warranty period, we will schedule post-closing warranty visits as needed
(for example: 30 day List, 11 month List).  After the appropriate forms have been submitted we will schedule a visit to address all relevant issues listed (The 11 month list will be addressed at the end of the one year warranty period). The goal of these visits is to ensure all of your warranty needs are appropriately addressed while at the same time providing you with the comfort of knowing that we will be there for you both before and after closing.

As part of the pre-closing walkthrough we will explain to you our process of scheduling and completing prescheduled post-closing warranty visits. It is our goal to address all of your warranty items at these scheduled times. As with regular warranty service, you or your authorized representative must be present to provide access to the home for service items to be completed.


Regular Warranty Service
Visits
Regular warranty service is for items that need to be addressed prior to the scheduled post-closing warranty visits.  Regular warranty service is available during normal working hours Monday thru Friday.  To schedule a regular warranty service call you can use one of the following two methods:
 

1)  Generally the best method of scheduling service is to use the warranty service request link below.  Please complete the form in as much detail as possible.  The more information we have the better we can meet your service needs.

2)  Complete and mail or fax one of the warranty request forms provided at closing.  Our fax number is: (251) 650-3814 or you may mail the completed form using the pre-addressed envelopes provided.  Please be detailed in your description of the  warranty issue.  Also please make sure to provide accurate contact information.
 
Please remember you or your authorized representative must be present to provide access to the home for service items to be completed. You will be contacted to arrange an appointment date and time. Please review the performance standards in the Homebuilder Warranty Plan to determine if you have a valid warranty claim.
 
 
Emergency Service Request:
  Emergency warranty service is available after hours, on weekends and holidays by contacting us using the emergency service numbers provided at closing.  Some examples of emergencies include gas leaks, no heat in extreme cold, no cooling in extreme heat, severe electrical problems, or severe plumbing leaks that cannot be isolated.  The link below will provide additional information about contacting us about emergency service.
