  Step 1: Isolate The Problem.
   

If the nature of the problem involves an immediate and ongoing problem like leaking gas or water you need to take steps to isolate the problem before significant damage is done to your new home.  Their are cutoff valves and breakers for most of the important systems in your home.  These were shown to you during your walkthrough before closing.

 
  Step 2:  Contact Us First.

  Step 3:  Who To Call In and Extreme Emergency.
    In an extreme emergency and only in the unlikely event that you are not able to reach us first you may call the subcontractors directly.   following is a list of subcontractors who installed the major system in your home.
